for  Email- ,  after first sending payment via PayPal, email payment processing, then "Insert your confirmation number", in the "comments section" or if  you are paying by "money order", you may attach  Money Order, and mail In your form.

Be sure Mail is timely processed and reviewed in our office, by the "Wednesday". preceding the Event you are registering for.

you booth location, when mail in process is utilize will be randomly assigned, and your booth by e-mail process, will be assigned if the slot you choose is not available, you will be randomly assigned.

You will have the option, to work with our contract processing, after your first event, and we develop agreements, you will have the option to obtaining a fixed location space, for your future use.

 As We work to Update our program to provide info on up to date space availability, by space number; Currently we will post, updates daily of which designated spaces are available, So, we ask your patience, with this process, We will post a daily update of spaces available,  Be Assured, we can and we will accommodate you, with available spaces.  After the Event, if you would like to make a contract agreement to reserve a particular space, we will work out an agreement with you, and update our Online space allocation, which will make your designated space, unavailable as a sale option and Post your name or business name under the space number, which will also provide your customers, the ability to view the space allocation page, and know where your particular vendor enterprise is located, by space #  which shows, Row and Space #, along with your Business name or you as the owner of the business as space # XX.

We want to make Your Experience with Centerpiece-Presentations Swap Meet, One, of exceptional, convenience and ease, while assisting you with the ability to provide your customers with the best of service. .

 

We will also add soon a third option, for space selection, within our store section, as we bring our store online, we will have other service offering to present to you, our clients vendors, which will be available to assist in maximizing your options for product sales.

 


Check List of

  • Read complete The Swap Meet Agreement  and Print a copy to have with you, 

  • Complete the check off List, by following the link on the forms section page, for the Agreement Items, this form designating you have read and understand and agree to the terms. ( a signed copy will be collected at the Event)

  • Secure a swap meet , Vendor permit

  • Insure you have all your city permit concerns in order ( Centerpiece-Presentations, swap meet permit, is not associated nor related to any city, state or other permits )

  • You must present a signed copy of Vendor acceptance of Liability for their products, services, venue engagements and actions by you the vendor and any persons who assist and engage employ within your operation and participation, this agreement is mandatory, It designates, without exception, that you accept liability for any and all damage and/or injury caused to property and/or customers, by your services, products or actions, there are no exceptions to this requirement, within this declaration. You may use the standard form, we have provided by following this link and completing this document  _____________         We do not provide individual personal liability coverage to vendors, nor participants, by any term, or any means.  we will however, make every effort, to inspect compliance to our general standards, and what is required by our general facility liability, to insure we meet with the standards of our policy and the regulations of the Event venue owner, as well as maintain our operations within the status of city regulations and city and state  laws.

What is a Swap Meet?

Centerpiece-Presentations provides a venue for buyers and sellers to gather and purchase or "swap" dry goods, of various consumer merchandise and Automotive Parts and Accessories, Home and Garden Items and other products (see list of guidelines). Anyone wishing to sell can purchase table space/ Tent space and present products and service products they wish to sell. Anyone wishing to buy simply needs to show up at 10am with some spending money and a couple hours worth of free time. All sales made are between seller and buyer only. Centerpiece-Presentations does nothing more than provide the space for everyone to gather. any booths operated by Centerpiece-Presentations /Real Life Expression will be designated with placard ,  Each Participating member will represent themselves by a Placard, with Name, contact Information and any id that is issued and/or required by State and City Administration.

How much does it cost?

Every Vendor Pays Security Fee and Trash Fee 

 ( trash disposal is limited, so if you have a large volume of trash, you may be required to take some of it with you, if the available units won't support it)

Security is general area security, you will not be provide independent security, if you require it, you should secure it on your own)

 

Sellers can rent a table space  in Limited to select areas for the Day for $25. plus $5.00  general security fee/ $2.00 Trash fee / Parking in general area - free (1 car)  if you have a  Large Trucks or Large vans -$3. and must park in designated area. 

 

Full Space for ($55) current discount value is  $40 plus $5.00  general security fee /$2.Trash Fee  / ( 1 car) parking include parking ( parking may not be directly behind your selling space, available only on designated spaces, otherwise park in "general parking area".

Admission is $2 per individual / and $3 parking,( $5 ) for 1 person and Car..   family of 4 up to 2 children age 14 under is $7 ; each additional , will be  @ $1.50 each below 14 yrs old .  above 16 will be considered as Adult for admission.

 

Admission is accepted by individual with  full and inclusive understanding, that Centerpiece-Presentations /Real Life Expressions LLC will not be responsibility for accident or injury, we assume no responsibility nor liability for any injury or damage incurred during the engagement with the Swap Meet or any of the grounds and facilities associated with the Swap Meet or it’s Vendors. We urge participants to exercise care and  caution of their personal being and those whom they are responsible for, during their enjoyment of the Swap Meet experience.

All and Without Exception  " Vehicles" that enter the premise must have Proof of Liability Insurance upon request.

Parking is $3 with Proof of “CURRENT” Liability Insurance, all vehicle drivers are solely responsible for any damage they may cause, Centerpiece-Presentations/Real Life Expressions LLC assume no responsibility for any accident or injury or damage to property, personal or facility.

The Swap Meet opens to buyers At 10:00am with seller set-up starting at 7:00am

SWAP MEET RULES:

General

  • Set-up for sellers begins at 7:00 AM.
  • The Swap Meet opens to the public at 10:00am and closes at 3pm.
  • Centerpiece-Presentations is NOT responsible for any accidents... all patrons are self responsible for the conduct and their safety and attention to safety matters.
  • Centerpiece-Presentations is NOT responsible for any miss-representation of any vendor or vendor products, food, or any items sold by vendors.

Seller Guidelines

 

  • Sellers must rent table space from Centerpiece-Presentations if they wish to sell. Cost for tables is $25 per table (space is limited, so don't delay in reserving a table if you wish to sell).
  • Tables will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Tables can be purchased , by mail, or in person. Since tables are first come, first served, we HIGHLY recommend purchasing a table well in advance to guarantee your space.
  • Sellers are welcome to sell a wide variety of products (all offerings must be legal for sale in the State of Louisiana ). See List of Banned Products  
  • When we host a specific product or a select  group of featured product, Swap meet, it will be for those designated items as the centerpiece- focus of the sales event.  other items will be considered, for designated sections.
  • No more than 2 people are allowed to sell at any table.
  • Sellers CAN use the table as well as the space below the table for goods and livestock.
  • Table space IS NOT guaranteed until we have your registration fee in our hand.
  • Cut-off for mail-in registration (post mark date) is Tuesday, ___________.
  • Cut-off for Pay Pal (internet) registration is Thursday, ___________.
  • We will attempt to accommodate registrations received after the cut-off, however table space can not be guaranteed. Moral of the story, don't wait to register.  
  • Please note, we are not a central junk sellers meet, but we will on occasion, have house cleaning, swap meets, where many goods can be traded or sold in such class of featured event. We ask that you insure your products are presentable for sale and not a detraction to the nature and integrity of the meet event.
  • It is important that you be considerate to present yourself professionally as a Vendor seller.. many consumers, will not purchase from fad sellers, they want to see an image of people who care about doing business, in a professional manner and a professional presentations of themselves in their enterprise.  Please see our "Permit Policy"  and follow we offer some helpful tips and advice for successful business management and presentations along with good customer relations tips.

Buyer Guidelines

  • The Swap Meet opens for buyers at 10am.
  • Admission to the Swap Meet is $2 per person / Parking is $3 =   $5 ( 1 person / 1car )
Any purchases made are private transactions between Buyer and Seller. , Centerpiece-Presentations will NOT be screening each item before it is sold and assumes no responsibility for the quality or condition of any goods or in the event we feature a section for  live stock purchased at the swap meet; for transactions fall under  Caveat Emptor ("Let the buyer beware").. We anticipate quality or condition will not be an issue with sellers, however we can make no guarantee as to the quality or condition of any of the items for sale.

  • WE will not be the mediator of an issue with Sellers and Buyers, We reserve the right to refuse participation of any Buyer or Seller who poses a problem or creates a disturbance of any type or kind.,  Any wrongful acts by a seller, will be reported to the proper authorities, and Seller participating Member can be shut down and banned from further participation in Swap Meets presented by Centerpiece-Presentations/ Real Life Expressions LLC . however  be assured, under no circumstance do we nor will we, make any type or kind of  guarantee as to the quality or condition of any of the items for sale by any vendors participating in the Swap Meet.
  • Each Vendor is Required to Post by their booth, Their Name, and contact Info, On a posted placard at their Booth or Tent location during the commission of sales within the Swap Meet.

    Assist us in Managing Our Program and Promoting it as First Rate         "Professional Environment"

    • Before Permits  are issued, we  require all to read  and abide by our Code of Conduct.
    • Before Permits are Issued, each member Agrees to our 'Swap Meet Mission Statement"
    • Each member will be part of our "Professional Plus Club" 
    • A stamped certificate will be issued to Each Member, they may select the term of Permit, i.e. one event, one month or three months.
